These beautiful basket stud earrings feature round lab created blue sapphires. The stones are faceted in a mixed brilliant cut like many high end natural sapphires. The sapphire stones are set in four prong basket settings with a center post and butterfly friction clasps.

5mm: 1.36 cts (total carat weight)
6mm: 2.36 cts (total)
6.5mm: 2.62 cts (total)
7mm: 3.4 cts (total)
8mm: 5 carats (total)
Metal options:
Sterling silver
Gold available upon request
Lab sapphires are just like natural sapphires (corundum) but were made in a lab.

The sterling settings were made using deox sterling silver, a special sterling that uses alloys which are more tarnish resistant. Please note that more humid climates may cause any sterling to tarnish more quickly.

The earrings were nice size but looked liked cheap costume. The silver was too shiny for my liking. Gave them as a gift 🎁. Haven’t seen the recipient wear them yet 🤷♀️
