This is a 3-stone ring set with round mixed brilliant cut deep red lab created ruby (resembles the highly valued "pigeon blood" rubies) and high quality precision cut round brilliant cubic zirconia pears. The stones are set in a solid, non-plated, sterling silver ring setting.
Stone sizes:
8mm ruby (2.5 carats)
6x4mm czs (one carat total)
Cz colors:
Near colorless (about G color) (pics 1-7)
Colorless (D color) (pics 8-10)
ABOUT LAB RUBIES:
Lab rubies are identical in every way to natural rubies, except they were not mined from the earth. This stone has a Moh's hardness of 9, just as earth mined rubies.
PLEASE NOTE: This item is made with nickel‑free de‑ox sterling silver, which is formulated to be more resistant to tarnish. All sterling silver can tarnish naturally over time, and factors like moisture, chemicals, or individual skin chemistry may cause it to occur more quickly.
