Please return the item in its original box, placed inside a bubble mailer.
Using tracking is required, and insurance is recommended, as I cannot issue a refund or exchange for returns that do not reach me.

Unfortunately this ring didn't work for me, I didn't realize a 9mm is way too large for a size 4.75 finger! (Yes, she can make 3/4 size.) The cz itself is of excellent cut and quality, the silver ring has a solid feel. The return was painless; Shannon honored every word she said, so have no fear to shop in her store!
As someone who doesn't wear CZ's I was blown away by the look of the stone. I couldn't wear the ring due to a strange sizing problem with my finger. But, had the setting been different, meaning thicker in the back, this baby would never have left my hand. Not to mention that I ordered it on a Thursday and it was here on that Saturday!!!! If you typically wear diamonds or moisannite and don't think cz's look remotely good, try shannons!
