This sparkling pendant is solid sterling silver and is set with a 14x7mm marquise cut precision faceted cubic zirconia. The cz is the diamond equivalent weight of about 3 carats. The pendant comes with a fine silver plated solid sterling silver chain made in Italy. Please select the "no chain" option if you would prefer the pendant without a chain.
