Please return the item in its original box, placed inside a bubble mailer.
Using tracking is required, and insurance is recommended, as I cannot issue a refund or exchange for returns that do not reach me.

My house was robbed and they took my engagement ring. I debated replacing it as I'm 74 but I didn't want my husband to know about the robbery as he is ill.
