This is a necklace that features a sterling silver pendant set with a round lab created blue sapphire. The stone is faceted in a mixed brilliant cut like many high end natural sapphires. Lab sapphires are just like natural sapphires (corundum) but were made in a lab.

The pendant comes with a fine silver plated solid sterling silver chain made in Italy.

If the item arrives back to me in perfect, unworn condition, I will issue a full refund of the item price.
