Oval-Cut Lab White Sapphire East-West Ring • 8x6mm, Sterling Silver

This is a sterling silver ring featuring a horizontally set (east/west) oval lab created white sapphire. The stone is faceted in a mixed brilliant cut to better simulate a natural sapphire. The setting is six prongs and lower profile.

The ring has a band width of 2mm.

Regarding the sapphires I use: I only use lab created sapphires (corundum made in a lab). I never use simulated sapphires, ie, any material that is not corundum.

The sterling setting was made using deox sterling silver, a special sterling that uses alloys which are more tarnish resistant. Please note that more humid climates may cause any sterling to tarnish more quickly.
