This beautiful antique inspired art deco engagement ring is made of non-plated, solid sterling silver and set with an old European cut near colorless (about a G/H color--best guess) CZ (precision faceted) and accented with round lab blue sapphires.

3mm round lab sapphires (.60 carats)
About lab sapphires:
Lab‑created sapphires are true corundum with the same chemical composition, durability, and Mohs hardness of 9 as natural sapphires. The only difference is their origin — they are grown in a laboratory rather than mined from the earth.
